Recycling Cell Phones
Keep Athens-Clarke County Beautiful (KACCB) has a partnership with Collective Good to ensure that the benefits of mobile phones are maximized, and their environmental impact is minimized. For every mobile phone recycled through KACCB's program with Collective Good, KACCB receives a portion of the revenues. Contact KACCB at 706-613-3501 ext. 312 to request a cell phone collection box for your business.
Recycling Inkjet & Laserjet Cartridges
KACCB works with AAA Environmental Inc, Planet Green Recycle, and HP to recycle inkjet cartridges and laserjet print cartridges. The empty inkjet cartridges are recycled back into circulation, helping to decrease the amount of solid waste that is put into our landfills. Recycling your inkjet cartridges also helps reduce the amount of limited natural resources required to produce new cartridges. Call KACCB to receive a free inkjet collection box for your home or office.
