Services Provided: Lucas County recycling Drop Off The District offers many local drop off sites throughout Lucas County for recycling of paper, cardboard, and containers. Household Hazardous Waste, Electronics, & Latex Paint This service is available to all Lucas County residents and is limited to individual households by appointment only. The Fee associated is $1.00 per one gallon of latex paint and $1.00 per pound of oil based paint or other hazardous waste.
